Proposed expansion would clear-cut runs and lift lines into this pristine watershed which supplies Ashland with its drinking water.  There is currently no human development or grazing at all in this watershed.

Lift for expanded ski area already sits on former Mayor Alan DeBoer's family car dealership

The expansion area's proposed "LC-6" ski lift is stored at former Mayor Alan DeBoer's Town & Country Chevrolet dealership just outside Ashland city limits awaiting placement on Mount Ashland.
